Helloooo everyone!!!! Happy P-day!!!!
This week as been sooooo insane!!! It was one of those weeks where it feels like you do so much work and not a lot comes from, but you know that is a-ok!!!
First we had a lady ask us if she could go to the club and I said girl that is up to you!! Then we had a guy fill out a referral for the sole purpose of teaching us about his bible and that was just awesome. Then I got to play secretary between 5 different people on Wednesday and our whole day got messed up. Then we went to go see a different referral and her son answered, and let's just say he was interested in meeting with us again for alllll the wrong reasons, so that was fun as well. It was just one of those weeks I guess. But then my dad told me sometimes all you do is work because that's what you're there to do and I was like amen!!!
With all of that and the fact that being a trainer is lowkey really hard, I have just been a little stressed this week. But thank goodness the gospel has been restored and we have Priesthood power on the earth because I was in need of some heavenly help this week. I got a blessing and it was exactly what I was needing. So hallelujah for that one 🙌
That's basically all I have to say this week so now it's spiritual thought time!!
A verse that I have shared a lot this week is Alma 40:23
"The soul shall be restored to the body, and the body to the soul; yea, and every limb and joint shall be restored to its body; yea, even a hair of the head shall not be lost; but all things shall be restored to their proper and perfect frame."
The resurrection is one of my very favorite parts about t
he Plan of Salvation!! The promise of a restoration in all things brings me so much hope. It's also so cool to share this verse and see that same hope reflected in someone else's eyes. Jesus brings hope and that hope gives me confidence in my faith. Because of Him we will one day be free of all pain and we will get to live forever with the people we love. Personally, I think that is pretty amazing and I will be holding on to that promise for dear life until it comes true 💗
